How do I disable the Push to Open feature for all users?

If you disable the Push to Open feature on a reader, the setting is immediately updated on your phone. However, other users who have previously accessed the door may still be able to use the feature due to cached settings on their devices.

By default, the Push to Open setting is refreshed:

• Every 10 hours, or
• When settings have changed and the device syncs with the server.

Immediate Solution

If you need to disable the feature for all users immediately, instruct them to:

1. Log out of the Safetrust Wallet.
2. Log back in to clear the reader setting cache.

This will immediately update their settings and disable Push to Open.
