Q. Why does the Safetrust device report as an unknown or different manufacturer type in my Wi-Fi router?
A. Our MAC address range is registered with the IEEE and all of our devices should fall inside that range.
Some Wi-Fi routers may not have the latest IEEE database and will not show the correct device type. This will update as the databases are refreshed.
