How do I reset my password to the Credential Manager?

A user may reset their password using one of the following methods:

  1. Log onto the Credential Manager
    1. Select “Change Password” from the Account Setting in the top right hand corner.
    2. Enter your current password, followed by your new password in the respective dialog boxes.
    3. You will automatically be logged out of the Credential Manager. To log back in use your new password.
  2. Click on the “Forgot your Password?” link located on the Credential Manager login page.
    1. A temporary password will be generated and sent to the email account registered with your Safetrust account.
    2. Use  your email address and the temporary password to log onto the Credential Manager
    3. Select “Change Password” from the Account Setting in the top right hand corner.
    4. Enter your temporary password, followed by your new password in the respective dialog boxes.
    5. You will automatically be logged out of the Credential Manager. To log back in use your new password.
  3. Click on the “Forgot your Password” link on the Account login page within the Safetrust Wallet application.
    1. A temporary password will be generated and sent to the email account registered with your Safetrust account.
    2. From the next screen, enter the temporary password you were assigned, followed by your new password in the respective dialog boxes.
    3. Once completed, you will be logged into the Safetrust Wallet.
